Position Summary
United Way of Central Indiana recognizes that the key to success is a strong and cohesive team that works through shared values to achieve our mission. This role will collaborate with other UWCI teams like SII, Finance, Fundraising and Brand to customize engagement tools to meet the needs of the corporate partners and UWCI.The position is responsible forassisting with workplace employee file integration into CRM database; set up, configure, and support workplace campaigns that use one of our engagement platforms; maintains the integrity of data in CRM database; provides support to CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud end users; imports and integrates other data files into CRM database.
Position Duties & Responsibilities

Online Workplace Giving Platform
Configure settings and update content of web-basedworkplace giving platform through StratusLive'sIgniteGive at Work(workplace giving portal) for UWCI corporate partners.
Manage onlineworkplace pledge campaign interaction from requirements discovery through implementation, campaign duration and campaign closure.
Mine, transform and import data from CRM into workplace giving portal for campaign execution based on employee data provided by corporate partners.
Provide periodic reports from workplace giving portals such as no response lists, donor network memberships & campaign progress.
Set-up, monitor and control email distribution through Sendgrid to constituents.
Use creative approach to customize each pledge site to meet UWCI and corporate partner needs.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Ensure integrity of data within Marketing Cloud and sync data as needed to CRM
Assist with list/campaign creation for email sends
Data Integrity & Management
Ensure integrity of data throughout the database with a focus on minimizing duplicate records.
Maintain data confidentiality.
Import large amounts of data from various file formats (CSV, Excel, XLM, etc.) to the system while ensuring integrity of the data.
Assist with CRM data cleanup and maintenance to ensure it is high quality.
Pull data from prior CRM databases stored in SQL and import as necessary.
Other Responsibilities
Provide support to CRM users, assist in triaging support cases.
Provide timely, courteous, and professional service to requests from internal and external customers.
Collect, monitor, and present important system metrics to stakeholders. Assist UWCI team members with complex data extraction, importing, and analysis.
Promote a cooperative spirit within the organization.
Performs special assignments and other work, on an as-needed basis.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in related field required. *Work experience may substitute for education requirements on a case-by-case basis.
2-4 years of web-based application experiencerequired.
Database management experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Salesforce preferred. Demonstrated competencies in maintaining critical data integrity and confidentiality, attention to detail, and applied technical skills required.
Significant knowledge of Microsoft Excel including using formulas and data manipulation.
Knowledge of various Office 365 applications like SharePoint and Power BI preferred.
Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills with the ability to plan and follow-through.
