CRM Integration Specialist is responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integration. Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Being a CRM Integration Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Integration Specialist supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a CRM Integration Specialist typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Stellenbeschreibung

    • Sie integrieren, testen und verantworten die Softwareinhalte für Fahrerassistenzsysteme in dem innovativen Umfeld für unsere neueste Generation des Radarsteuergeräts.
    • Sie integrieren die Software-Komponenten zu einer Gesamt-Software, nehmen diese auf dem Steuergerät in Betrieb, stellen grundlegende Funktionalitäten sicher und bereiten die Auslieferung an verschiedene Kundenprojekte vor. Dabei stehen sie in engen Kontakt zu der SW-Architektur, den SW-Entwicklern, der Projektleitung und dem Kundenprojekten.
    • Sie definieren die Integrationsstrategie und planen die Integrationsschritte für Software-Releases. Sie erstellen Testspezifikationen und führen Integrationstests sowie Codeanalysen durch.
    • Sie verantworten die build-toolchain und arbeiten kontinuierlich an deren Verbesserung und Automatisierung.
    • Sie erfassen systemweite Zusammenhänge und berücksichtigen Abhängigkeiten von Software-Komponenten bei der Festlegung der Integrationsstrategie.
    • Sie sind Teil eines internationalenTeams, arbeiten eng zusammen mit der Plattformentwicklung unterschiedlicher Produktreihen und koordinieren die Software-Abgaben von internen und externen Entwicklungspartnern.
    • Außerdem sind Sie Ansprechpartner/-in für interne Entwicklungspartner, stimmen Integrationsanforderungen ab und verfolgen diese in den Lieferungen.

    Qualifikationen

    • Erfahrungen und Know-How: Fundierte Programmiererfahrung in C/C und Python, Erfahrungen mit Continuous Integration und Continuous Testing (Jenkins), Erfahrung von Architektur und Systemverständnis, Linux- oder Unix-Kenntnisse, CMake, Cloud Services (Azure, AWS, ...)
    • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: teamfähig, innovativ, kommunikativ, offen neue Wege zu gehen, analytische und konzeptionelle Denk- und Arbeitsweise, Hartnäckigkeit bei der Lösungsfindung für komplexe Systeme im Konflikt zwischen technischer Umsetzbarkeit, Einhaltung von Liefervereinbarungen und einer Gruppendynamik eines weltweit verteilten Entwicklerteams.
    • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
