CRM Integration Specialist is responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integration. Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Being a CRM Integration Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Integration Specialist supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a CRM Integration Specialist typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Description:
    Technology Integration specialists support instructional innovation using blended and digital learning platforms, google applications and inquiry-based teaching tools and strategies. They provide effective instructional support to teachers aimed at ensuring that students learn core content knowledge and skills as well as the competencies and dispositions essential for success in college, career, and citizenship. Through direct instruction and collaboration, with teachers and teams, they identify and implement technology-based learning tools that enhance and deepen students' learning experiences and assist teachers in more effective and efficient methods of instruction, assessment and use of data. They work closely with the district leadership teams to plan and provide professional learning experiences that are responsive to teacher needs and focused on school goals and priorities. Technology Integration Specialists collaborate with all stakeholders to successfully implement and monitor the district's Technology Plan at the school level.

    Qualifications: Must hold or be eligible for appropriate State of CT certification
    Consideration will be given to the following:

    Salary: $52,618-$108,229 salary based upon education and experience; plus coordinator stipend per teacher contract

    • Provide instructional support and coaching for teachers at all levels of experience - novice to expert
    • Participate in the development of new curricula as appropriate
    • Evaluate and recommend new instructional applications and intervention programs / tools
    • Provide direct instruction to students that promotes self-direction and resourcefulness

    ASSESSMENT
    • Assist teachers in creating effective formative and summative assessment strategies to promote student ownership for growth and development
    • Collect, analyze, and use data to help teachers plan responsive instruction and to improve programs
    • Work with teachers and colleagues to calibrate and communicate expectations for meeting standard

    COLLABORATION
    • Assist the district leadership in communicating with parents regarding technology learning and related issues
    • Develop partnerships with faculty to facilitate the use of assistive technology
    • Contribute to district-wide committees to build coherence across all levels
    • Exhibit cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse cultures, values and beliefs
    • Contribute to a positive school culture and collaborative improvement work

    • Demonstrate a learner orientation - participate in professional development opportunities, take initiative to improve professional practice, learn from feedback, contribute to the learning of other teachers and teacher leaders
