The Trade CRM Specialist is a change enablement role with a blend of both strategic and operational responsibilities. As an analytical leader with operational experience, this role's primary responsibilities include building and using Trade CRM analytics for the service of enabling MHUSA's next stage of B2B CRM capabilities.
The role is a cross-functional role working with multiple internal as well as external partners to achieve successful business outcomes.
This role leads standard process Trade CRM Analytics which supports MHUSA's continued dedication to using data & analytics in all business decision making.
MHUSA's Trade CRM platform combines Salesforce on the front-end and Power BI for data visualization on the back end. It is known internally as ASPIRE.
Profile
Trade CRM Performance Optimization
Critical to the success of the ASPIRE program, the Trade CRM Specialist will enable the key feedback loops for both Commercial and Strategic Planning teams in terms of which programs and activations are successful at driving business outcomes.
Performance optimization includes, and is not limited to : performance dashboarding, optimization analysis, and root cause analysis
In partnership with the Commercial and Strategy teams, the Specialist will conduct exploratory analyses to co-create data driven activation plans.
In this capacity, the Trade CRM Specialist will take the lead on crafting training documentation in PowerPoint, videos, one-page how-to guides and other materials as requested.
This role will play a key role in the ongoing implementation and adoption of ASPIRE, including daily user support and technical troubleshooting.
