CRM Integration Specialist is responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integration. Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Being a CRM Integration Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Integration Specialist supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department.     The Senior Marketing Specialist - CRM is responsible for the coordination and development of CRM transactional, lifecycle, and promotional marketing campaigns to support business goals in customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention. The Senior Marketing Specialist - CRM will collaborate closely with internal teams to support the execution of CRM campaigns and operations.

    This is a remote opportunity.

    Responsibilities

    • Agency-executed campaigns: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and agency partner(s) on key deliverables and milestones in the end-to-end email campaign development and deployment process, including campaign briefs, creative development, asset deliverables, internal reviews and approvals of proofs and deployment plans
    • Internally-executed campaigns: Take a hands-on role in building, testing, and executing email journeys and campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver multi-touch communications
    • Help serve as the liaison between internal stakeholders and external agencies
    • Knowledge of CRM best practices and CAN-SPAM compliance laws
    • Participate in the team’s day-to-day CRM team protocols and maintain the CRM campaign calendar
    • Proofread, edit, and fact-check content to ensure emails are accurate, compelling, promotions and disclaimers are correct, and adhere to our brand guidelines
    • Facilitate the internal review and approval process for emails, and ensure feedback is implemented
    • Test and complete quality assurance of emails, ensuring compatibility with web browsers and email clients and all links, images, subject lines, personalized fields, and list segments are accurate and working properly
    • Assist with A/B testing of emails

    Qualifications

    Required Work Experience:

    • 3-5 years’ experience in a CRM marketing role
    • B2C ecommerce experience

     

    Preferred Work Experience:

    • Healthcare industry experience would be a bonus
    • Completion of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification would be a bonus
    • HTML and CSS knowledge would be a bonus
    • Team-oriented with the ability to work well with diverse, cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
    • Capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
    • Can self-prioritize tasks and context switch as needed
    • Must be comfortable with a deadline-driven environment

    Technical/Job Specific Knowledge:

    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud required, including experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Builder, and some level of familiarity with Ampscript
    • SQL querying knowledge

     

    Required Skills:

    • Email marketing and customer journey knowledge
    • Excellent project management skills, including management of agencies and vendors to ensure execution
    • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail
    • Superb written communication skills
    • Familiarity with project management tools, preferably Asana

     

    Education:

     

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising/public relations, communications, or related field is required.

     

     

     

    The base salary range for this position is ~ $90,000- $100,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
