CRM Integration Specialist is responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integration. Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Being a CRM Integration Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Integration Specialist supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a CRM Integration Specialist typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Responsibilities:

    Provide leadership to the development team/staff :

    in research, impact analysis, and implementation of upgrades and/or application enhancements.

    that a common toolset is used in all phases of the development process and that all Information Technology Service Management and Development standards are followed.

    Perform system reviews by business process to implement technical performance improvements and to achieve business efficiencies.

    Work with Business Process Owners (BPOs), functional, and technical staff to define and design system enhancements to implement desired requirements.

    Recommend process and procedure improvements for the team to management.

    Serve in team lead role for S/4HANA transition projects.

    Generate OSS notes requesting assistance from SAP headquarters.

    Research SAP documentation for fixes to reported problems.

    Conduct review and analysis of functional specifications or blueprint documents to provide technical approach and solution and effort estimates.

    Troubleshoots and resolves incidents and issues identified related to CAMS.

    Identify, prioritize, resolve, document, and communicate technical and operational issues related to internal software applications.

    Meet with business process to provide solutions and assist in the development needed to meet business and end-user needs.

    Meet with functional and/or technical staff to discuss technical approach and solutions and to explain system functionality.

    Conduct system functionality review based on current code and/or technical specifications.

    Prioritize solutions that are configurable and standard over development of custom.

    Qualifications:

    A minimum of 2 years' experience as a project lead with development staff.

    A minimum of 8 years' experience developing:

    All phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Analysis, Physical and Logical design, Resource Planning, Code development, Testing, Implementation and Maintenance.

    Minimum 5 years of development experience in any of the following:

    SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), CRM Web-UI, S/4HANA, B/4HANA, Enterprise Central Component (ECC), Business Intelligence/Warehouse (BI/BW) and/or Interfaces in SAP.

    Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

    Working in a project-oriented environment.

    Excellent troubleshooting skills.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    Ability to work with customers and to translate requirements into technical designs.

    Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, self-directed, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

    Research and investigate problems and develop viable solutions; report findings/recommendations clearly and effectively to team.

    Mandatory Training in SAP S/4HANA

    Preferred Experience:

    Knowledge of the Department's Child Support Automated Management System.

    Knowledge reflected in SAP S/4HANA related certifications.

    Knowledge of Migration to S/4HANA

    Experience with the Department's Child Support Automated Management System.

    All phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Analysis, Physical and Logical design, Resource Planning, Code development, Testing, Implementation and Maintenance.
