A Local 39 year’s old martial arts and fitness school, is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, energetic, and personable individual to serve as Program Director. Must have excellent attention to detail, great phone skills, and be able to passionately communicate the benefits of martial arts training to students and parents. Martial arts or fitness experience preferred and a desire for continued training and development. Position requires applicants to pursue opportunities to build a strong customer base through external prospecting and outreach. Applicants must be team players who work well with members and instructional staff. Excellent communication skills and professional appearance are critical. Must be willing to work evenings M-T 3-9pm, Sat 9am-1pm, and other weekend hours as needed. Must enjoy working with children and their families.
