CRM Program Director jobs in Akron, OH

A Local 39 year’s old martial arts and fitness school, is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, energetic, and personable individual to serve as Program Director. Must have excellent attention to detail, great phone skills, and be able to passionately communicate the benefits of martial arts training to students and parents. Martial arts or fitness experience preferred and a desire for continued training and development. Position requires applicants to pursue opportunities to build a strong customer base through external prospecting and outreach. Applicants must be team players who work well with members and instructional staff. Excellent communication skills and professional appearance are critical. Must be willing to work evenings M-T 3-9pm, Sat 9am-1pm, and other weekend hours as needed. Must enjoy working with children and their families.
 
Primary responsibilities: 

• Book appointments, follow-up, close and retain members
• Deliver persuasive presentations, on the benefits of all programs
• New student recruitment, registration and follow-up
• Teach intro classes
• Consistently look for opportunities to gain new members and elevate service level 
• Prospect for qualified leads through external outreach in the local community. 
• Develop relations within community and among local businesses. 
• Build a network of individual and business contacts through prospecting and referrals. 
• Develop and maintain relationships with current dojo members 
• Determine prospect's goals and motivation, be knowledgeable of all products and programs 
• Reach and surpass monthly sales projections 

Job Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED 
• College degree in business, sales & marketing, or related field preferred 
• Prior sales experience preferred 
• Excellent customer service skills, outgoing, motivated and friendly. 
• Ability to muli-task and learn quickly 
• Ability to operate a computer and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word 
• Must have good data entry skills
• Must have great phone skills

Part-time position, including evenings and weekends
Child abuse clearance and criminal background check required
Drug and Alcohol testing required
