    SHI has an exciting opportunity as an IT Program Manager supporting the IT department. 

    This position will work directly with IT leadership, executive leadership, product owners, and various SHI departments to ensure successful implementation of all IT initiatives.

     

    The IT Program Manager will report to the Director of PMO and IT Communications. This position is required to report to the SHI Austin office location as determined by SHI management.

    Responsibilities

    Include, but are not limited to:

    • Manage multiple projects with high complexity and visibility
    • Manage project scope, including the creation and execution of change requests as needed
    • Assemble and lead project teams which often include internal and external resources, partners, etc.
    • Develop and execute detailed project plans that include all phases of project delivery, including billing against milestones
    • Regularly communicate project expectations, status, risks, etc. to appropriate individuals throughout the organization, including executive leadership
    • Accountable for project profitability and ensuring project financials and milestones are met
    • Assist with efforts to evaluate requirements and provide guidance in support of Statement of Work preparation, as needed
    • Responsible for leading and developing new or emerging technology service offerings
    • Actively contribute to process improvement activities and mentor others

    Qualifications

    • 7 years of direct customer-facing project management experience
    • 4-year completed Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
    • PMP Certification
    • Certified Scrum at Scale Practitioner (CSaSP) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
    • Working knowledge of IT concepts: security, servers, storage, cloud computing, disaster recovery
    • Proficiency in MS office tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Previous experience in IT delivery and operations
    • Preferred candidates will understand the complexities of procurement vehicles (AX/SHI.com/CRM)

    • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy
    • Experience leading large software implementations
    • Ability to implement and work with Agile frameworks
    • Ability to successfully manage complex customer-facing projects, including assembling the resources needed to deliver the project
    • Ability to simultaneously track multiple projects and budgets, regularly consolidating and summarizing progress for stakeholders
    • Ability to set strategies for minimizing project risk and issues, with previous experience forming and executing mitigation plans
    • Business acumen with the ability to translate and correlate project success to successful business outcomes
    • Ability to analyze project and financial data to ensure and optimize success measures
    • Strong follow-up, problem solving and negotiation skills, as well as experience holding project teams accountable regarding quality and on-time delivery
    • Strong understanding of the dynamics of cross-functional teams with the ability to creatively problem solve
    • Strong understanding of different project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, PMP, etc.)
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently with little direction, as well as in a team environment

    Certifications Required

    • PMP Certification
    • Certified Scrum at Scale Practitioner (CSaSP) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)

    Unique Requirements

    • Technology Industry experience
    • Product Management background
    • Understanding of the complexities of various systems to perform day-to-day responsibilities (MS Dynamics, Professional Services Automation systems, etc.) 

    Additional Information

    • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $95,000 - $150,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
