Title: Program Director

Job Duties: Under the supervision of the Administrator, the Program Director directs and coordinates the rehabilitation program. The Program Director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements.

Schedule: Full-Time, In-Person

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Behavioral Sciences, or Psychiatric Nursing.
• AMFT, ACSW, APCC, or Associate Clinical Psychologist while acting under the required supervision.
• Two years’ experience or training in a mental health setting, one year of which shall include experience or training in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities.

About the Campus: Crestwood Solano’s 16-bed Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) provides an alternative to traditional psychiatric care through collaboration, empowerment, a healing environment, peer providers, family partners, and a recovery-oriented milieu. The PHF provides the structure and support needed to promote stabilization and foster recovery. This program serves clients who are experiencing a psychiatric crisis of such magnitude that it is unmanageable in the community. Our goals are to restore a sense of hope, self-empowerment and realized potential of recovery in each of our clients and to provide a transition plan to enable a successful return to their community.
