Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Program Manager/Director of Rehab for a position in DeQuincy, LA. We ask that you have at least two years of experience or previous management experience.
We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player. Our facilities are primarily long-term care.
In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy Program or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must hold a valid and a you must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as a Therapist.
