CRM Program Director manages the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) enterprise initiative. Reviews CRM project proposals to determine costs, timeline, funding, staffing requirements and goals. Being a CRM Program Director requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to top management. The CRM Program Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a CRM Program Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player. Our facilities are primarily long-term care.
In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy Program or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must hold a valid and a you must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as a Therapist.
