CRM Program Director manages the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) enterprise initiative. Reviews CRM project proposals to determine costs, timeline, funding, staffing requirements and goals. Being a CRM Program Director requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to top management. The CRM Program Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a CRM Program Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Candidates are positive, able to work in small or large groups, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a Program Director, you are responsible for all areas, both on and off court, to the success and operation of your program. Working within the framework of Cliff Drysdale Management, the Program Director will plan, promote, activate, train, supervise and grow the program that they oversee in along with the leadership and education for the growth of the pros/staff in or supporting the program. Previous golf industry experience is a requirement for the position.
Pay Range: $16 - $40 / hr
Position Summary:
Provides the ultimate tennis experience by providing the highest quality tennis instruction and customer service. Teaches various tennis programs to include junior programs, lessons, special events and clinics.
