JOB DESCRIPTION.

This position provides leadership for the development, implementation, management and oversight of the Integrated Community Behavioral Health Services. The position is responsible for overseeing programs to ensure effectiveness in day-to-day fiscal and program operations, compliance with funder guidelines, meeting deliverables, policies and procedures, excellent customer relations, implementing best practices and the achievement of program goals and outcomes. The Program Director must have knowledge and the ability to provide direction in the emerging funding opportunities such as CalAIM and other sources. This position also acts as the Compliance Officer and HIPAA Privacy Officer to ensure Integrated Community Behavioral Health Services follow all County, State, and Federal mandates.

MINIMUM COMPETENCIES.

• Active California License as LCSW or MFT/MFC, PhD. or other clinical licensure
• 4 years minimum successful experience supervising the delivery of behavioral & physical health services
• Experience with fiscal management; principles, practices and techniques of program planning, development and evaluation; budget preparation and monitoring, including budgets involving grants, contracted services and state and federal funding; principles and techniques of contract negotiation
• Knowledge and experience working with communities throughout San Diego County focused on social-emotional, behavioral health, prevention and/or entrepreneurship for children, youth and families
• Understanding of contract compliance protocols
• Experience with Quality Assurance Programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $116,000.00 per year
