The Program Manager for Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be responsible for leading and managing projects related to the implementation, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
You will work closely with stakeholders, and business partners to ensure successful project delivery, adherence to timelines, and alignment with business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex projects involving Microsoft Dynamics CRM, from initiation to completion and beyond to deliver continuous improvement programs.
Ensure project objectives are met on time, according to scope and within budget.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Maintain strong communication channels to manage expectations effectively.
Manage budget and staffing needs based on current and future execution plans.
Work with business users to gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable project plans and solutions.
Capture the requirements as user stories and execute the delivery in form of sprints.
Oversee the customization and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements. Ensure best practices and industry standards are followed.
Manage project teams, including developers, consultants, and other professionals, to ensure smooth project execution. Provide guidance and mentorship as needed.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly. Develop contingency plans and strategies to address potential obstacles.
Ensure the quality of CRM implementations by conducting thorough testing and validation. Review and approve project deliverables.
Ensure creation and maintenance of project documentation and knowledge management resources.
Perform day to day tasks such as manage product backlog and burndown, manage production incidents, manage service requests.
REQUIRED & PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).
10 years of Project/Program Management experience.
Proven experience in project management, especially in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations.
Strong understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to follow the agile approach and manage sprints in Azure DevOps.
Demonstrated ability to have successfully completed multiple implementations and/or platform upgrades.
Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders and management required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products required.
Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills
5 years architecture/technical/functional/configuration experience with the following applications preferred - Dynamics 365 Sales.
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement is a plus.
