Summary:
The Marketing Strategist develops and executes customer relationship management (CRM) marketing strategies, with a focus on enhancing customer engagement, loyalty, and retention. Leverages data-driven insights to optimize the customer journey, enhance communication strategies across various touchpoints, and ensure alignment with Summa Health's overarching marketing objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Formal Education Required:
a) Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
2. Experience & Training Required:
a) Three (3) years of CRM marketing experience.
b) Proficient in using CRM platforms and understanding of customer segmentation.
c) Familiarity with digital marketing channels, email and SMS marketing best practices.
d) Deployment and production of campaigns through digital (SMS and email) and traditional mediums (direct mail)
e) Ability to set-up and monitor direct response campaign tracking
f) Prior experience in Sitecore, Sitecore EXM/SendGrid (Email Experience Manager), Epic HER, Epic Cheers, Epic MyChart, SlicerDicer, and/or Hyro Chatbot tools are preferred
3. Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
a) Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
b) Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data protection regulations.
c) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
d) Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.

f) Adeptness in using marketing automation tools.
g) Understand the importance of customer privacy and data security.
