CRM Campaign and Support Specialist
Penn State's
Undergraduate Admissions CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team has an immediate opening for a
CRM Campaigns and Support Specialist.
As a member of the UAO CRM team, this position will report directly to the CRM Team Lead and be part of the Information Systems and Research group. The successful candidate will provide campaign and technical CRM support for undergraduate admissions efforts across the entire university; including our 18 campuses, 12 academic colleges, and many other units. As an employee within Undergraduate Admissions your work will be challenging and meaningful. You will contribute to a massive team effort to attract a highly qualified, diverse class of students to one of the top universities in the world.
Primary responsibilities of this role include:

Configuring marketing campaigns,

Collaborating with colleagues on marketing campaign strategy, and
-
Providing training and support for end users of our CRM. This role requires working with other power users, reluctant adopters, and everyone in between.
Education and experience:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience as a power user of an admissions CRM or related experience with non-admissions CRM / Email Marketing Platform is preferred.

This position requires the following clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check.
