WHO
we’re looking for:
We are
looking for a Marketing Specialist - CRM & Social Campaigns who will be responsible for helping drive demand and engagement for both B2B and B2C
CRM campaigns. Working with internal stakeholders and the external CRM
agencies, you will be pivotal in helping drive awareness, move prospects
through the buyer’s journey and conversion. Assisting with our lead
qualification and analytics programs will help ensure we can evaluate the success
of our marketing contributions to the organization. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Marketing - CRM, Lead Qualification and Analytics.
Role
and Responsibilities:
- Help guide logistics for our B2C CRM programs focusing on calendars, offers, proofing, etc.
- Assure alignment with B2B Social Posting and vertical priority mapping and calendar mapping.
- Assist organic social media lead with logistics, data gathering and content reviews.
- Lead weekly reporting of upcoming social content.
- Help process and maintain our B2B Data for accurate segmentation and analytics needs.
- Work with internal stakeholders & external agencies on email project management, branding, legal, copywriting and analytics reviews for b2C campaigns.
- Assist with sales enablement initiatives to help communicate demand activities and provide sales with resources when needed.
- Assist with pulling together various B2C campaign analytics utilizing our platforms for weekly, monthly and quarterly.
- Assist with pulling B2B and B2C Social campaign analytics weekly, monthly and quarterly.
- Analyze B2B & B2C post performance to help guide future posting decisions.
- Help assist with various adhoc CRM, Operations, and Lead Qualification and Analytics efforts outside of our daily duties as they arise.
- Assist social media lead in asset organization.
- Create influencer briefs utilizing best practices, learnings and goals to help drive product conversion.
- Work with product management team to secure FOC products for social and influencer initiatives.
Required Experience and Education:
- 2-3 years' experience with B2C and/or B2C Marketing communications or customer engagement with strong knowledge of management and execution of multi-touch email nurturing and lead generation campaigns (required).
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or marketing.
- Familiarity of the marketing analytics and project management.
- Prior experience in working with an email service
provider, managing a daily email/SMS campaign and reporting on results is
required.
- Experience working with External Agencies.
- Experience
with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis.
- Knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms such as
Eloqua preferred.
- Tableau, Jira, Confluence experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of data capture and hygiene strategies.

based on sometimes vaguely defined objectives.

high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and
moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs
work under time schedules and stress which are normally
periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines,
intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project
management deadlines. May require working additional time
beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
