CRM Targeted Marketing Campaign Manager determines the most effective points of interaction (POI) for marketing campaigns by using reports from the customer information center system. Applies customer and sales information from the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to achieve marketing goals. Being a CRM Targeted Marketing Campaign Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Targeted Marketing Campaign Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. En Publicis Groupe / Bogotá, estamos en la búsqueda de Practicantes para el cargo de Campaign Manager. Estudiantes de Publicidad, Mercadeo o carreras afines, con interés por aprender sobre implementaciones de campaña en diferentes DSP's, realizar reportes de rendimiento de las campañas implementadas, aprender y desarrollar optimizaciones en campañas para cumplir con los objetivos de inversión y KPI, proponer proyectos de mejora e innovación para la unidad y para la cuenta que se maneje.
