CRM Targeted Marketing Campaign Manager jobs in Oklahoma City, OK
CRM Targeted Marketing Campaign Manager determines the most effective points of interaction (POI) for marketing campaigns by using reports from the customer information center system. Applies customer and sales information from the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to achieve marketing goals. Being a CRM Targeted Marketing Campaign Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Targeted Marketing Campaign Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
