We are looking for a Lead Specialist to qualify and triage inbound leads and new business prospects for SaaS brands. This individual will triage new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, customer referrals, prospect lists, and other CRM databases. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Director, the ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented with prior experience working in sales and/or marketing roles. This Lead Specialist plays a key role in the sales process and is responsible for triaging leads upon creation, as well as ensuring leads are attributed properly and subsequently nurtured through the sales cycle. A successful candidate should be comfortable and effective at communication and influencing a broad group of stakeholders across all levels of the organization—including senior leadership and executives.

Principal Responsibilities

• Managing inbound leads swiftly but judiciously—triaging them accordingly based on sales territories and lead assignment rules.
• Conducting research to prequalify potential prospects and scrubbing data related to prospects.
• Supporting sales team to improve performance, measurement and maintenance of their leads.
• Monitoring data for new and prospective clients in Salesforce.com and Marketo, ensuring engagements are correctly logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached, as well as reporting and follow-up activities meet the organization requirements.
• Support reporting on lead follow-up, conversion rates, and campaign performance—surfacing recommendations for improvement
• Inform playbooks and routing rules for the live chat bots on websites

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
