We are looking for a Lead Specialist to qualify and triage inbound leads and new business prospects for SaaS brands. This individual will triage new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, customer referrals, prospect lists, and other CRM databases. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Director, the ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented with prior experience working in sales and/or marketing roles. This Lead Specialist plays a key role in the sales process and is responsible for triaging leads upon creation, as well as ensuring leads are attributed properly and subsequently nurtured through the sales cycle. A successful candidate should be comfortable and effective at communication and influencing a broad group of stakeholders across all levels of the organization—including senior leadership and executives.
