Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter / Tradesman to join our team. As a Carpenter / Tradesman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to carpentry and general labor.

This position requires experience with power tools, metal stud framing, drywall, door hanging, and other maintenance person skills.

Duties :

• Perform carpentry tasks such as metal stud framing, drywall installation, door hanging, and fabricating
• Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks
• Assist with general labor duties as needed, including demolition, cleanup, and material handling
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in carpentry or general labor roles
• Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools
• Familiarity with drywall installation and finishing processes
• Ability to hang doors accurately and efficiently
• Basic electrical knowledge is a plus
• Experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Expected hours : 40 per week

Schedule :

• 10 hour shift
• No weekends
• Year round work
