Daily Workflow:
» Perform detail finish carpentry tasks including installation of trim, moldings, doors, cabinetry, and other detailed woodwork.
» Execute precise measurements, cuts, and installations to ensure a seamless and accurate finish.
» Apply paint, stain, and other coatings to surfaces, ensuring consistent and high-quality finishes.
» Inspect and correct any defects or discrepancies in finish work, making necessary adjustments to meet quality standards.
» Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, promoting a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
» Assist with general construction tasks when needed on new
» Communicate effectively with supervisors & take directions
We’re Seeking:
» Individuals with an interest & enthusiasm for building & construction
» Proficiency in using hand & power tools, screw gun, putty knife, paint brush.
» Strong attention to detail & desire to deliver high-quality craftsmanship
» Proven experience as a finish carpenter, painter, or similar finish work role preferred
» Physical aptitude to perform tasks in a construction environment
Schedule:
» Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
» Hours may vary, 30-40 hours a week
