Additionally, Cafeteria Manager may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Cafeteria Manager supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.     PREREQUISITES 
    Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.


    Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
