Cafeteria Manager manages an on site company cafeteria. Oversees operations including ordering, inventory, meal planning, food preparation, and service. Being a Cafeteria Manager ensures operations are in compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations. Manages and trains cafeteria staff. Additionally, Cafeteria Manager may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Cafeteria Manager supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Cafeteria Worker is responsible for performing all basic functions required to operate within a cafeteria setting. The employee in this position will perform job functions that include, but are not limited to:
- Cashiering
- Cooking
- Serving
- Prepping Food Items
- Stocking
- Dishwashing
- Maintaining a Clean and Safe Work Environment

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours.
- Must be able to lift 25-35 pounds frequently and 50 pounds on occasion.
- Available to work Monday through Friday and occasionally on Saturdays.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
