PREREQUISITESEducation: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferredExperience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMust be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register.
