Job Overview:

As a Cafeteria Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality food service to our customers. Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the cafeteria, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
- Oversee the scheduling and supervision of cafeteria staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement menus that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and employee hours
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Train new employees on cafeteria procedures and standards

Experience:
- Previous experience in food service management or hospitality industry preferred
- Proven ability to manage shifts effectively and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with kitchen management software and inventory control systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
