PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Accountable directly to the Production Kitchen Manager or Cafeteria Manager. 2. Work with Manager and Principal on student discipline. 3. Supervise students during lunch sessions. 4. Prepare/serve a wide variety of foods. 5. Clean and cares for assigned area. 6. Abide by dress code as described herein. 7. Attend scheduled meetings. 8. Call Cafeteria Manager if unable to report to work. A two (2) hour notice or the agreed upon procedure from your immediate supervisor is expected. 9. Serve lunches from steamtable. 10. Supervise students indoors and outdoors. 11. Wash tables and seats with sanitizing solution after each lunch session. 12. Wash, rinse and sanitize dishes and trays. Stack and put them away. 13. Clean other cafeteria equipment (steamtable, countertops, stove, sinks, etc). 14. Perform such other duties as assigned by the Production Kitchen or Cafeteria Manager.

KNOWLEDGE AND CRITICAL SKILLS: 1. Punctual, cooperative, resourceful, pleasant and responsible 2. Ability to handle groups of students well.
