Maintain financial records, prepare and make bank deposits when required. 3. Responsible for calculating quantities of ingredients from standardized recipes. 4. Responsible for planning, ordering, and preparing large scale cooking consistent with established menus. 5. Responsible for the supervision and evaluation of all staff in the preparation, cooking, and serving of all foods. 6. Responsible for coordinating and assisting cafeteria personnel in the cleaning of the equipment and facility. 7. Responsible for maintaining safety and sanitary conditions consistent with established laws and practices of the Worcester Public Schools. 8. Have good human relations skills with staff, pupils, and co-workers. 9. Responsible for assuring equal educational opportunity to all individuals regardless of race, color, gender, age, marital status, religion, natural origin, sexual orientation, homelessness, or disability. 10. Performance of other job-related duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Citizenship, residency OR WORK VISA IN United States required 2.
