The facility includes a Top 50 Rated Golf Range in the US with 25 heated golf suites, powered by TopTracer and open year-round, both day and night. We also provide a lit 9-hole, par 3 golf course for day and night play; one indoor and two outdoor #1 rated miniature golf courses in Wisconsin; Signature Hole Grill & Bar, with service directly to the golf suites; two multi-sport Full Swing Simulators; Vitense Golf Academy, offering lessons from PGA and LPGA Professionals; 8 batting cages and more! 

Safety is our number one priority. Batting Cage Attendants must know the rules and safety regulations of the batting cages at Vitense Golfland and should monitor the activity of customers to ensure that they are behaving in a safe and responsible manner and complying with the established rules of Vitense Golfland. 

The job duties of the Batting Cage Attendant include the following: 

• Excellent customer service through greeting customers and answering customer questions
• Clean up trash or debris to ensure cleanliness of batting cages area
• Monitor the safety of all customers and speak with them if they are not following the safety rules 
• Ensure all equipment is working properly and troubleshoot any issues
• Understand rules for batting cages and explain these rules to customers
• Know how to work all equipment and answer customer questions regarding use of the equipment
• Develop a knowledge and understanding of the golf industry of Vitense Golfland
• As requested by management, may need to assist in other areas or be given additional duties

Requirements: 

• Shifts available: 4:30pm-9:00pm weekdays and 10:00am-9:00pm 
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Prior customer service experience and knowledge of the golf industry are a plus, but not required; training will be provided
