Job Resposibilities & Requirements:

• Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
• Serves as a leader for employees while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication.
• Acts as a role model and coaches while deveoping employees using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating expectations.
• Train all employees to comply with State Lottery Regulations and Company Internal Controls.
• Instruct all Cage employees in Currency Transaction Reporting Procedures and Guidelines.
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have the ability to obtain and keep a Principal Gaming License through Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency. #oceandowns
