Duties:
- Greet customers and assist with service inquiries
- Write accurate service orders based on customer requests and vehicle inspections
- Communicate service recommendations to customers clearly and effectively
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Suspend service orders as needed for additional approvals or parts ordering
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the service process

Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive service writing or related field
- Knowledge of diesel engine repair, tire service, and air brake systems
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell services and products
- Familiarity with auto service management software is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
