Responsibilities 

• Back up Supervisor to the Drop/Count Team on Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 4AM to 11AM.
• Cross train in the Main Bank.
• Lead and supervise a team of associates, providing planning and scheduling of work assignments, and performance development.
• Maintain self-serve kiosks.
• Maintain an accurate cash bank and balance money at end of each shift; investigate all variances and report when applicable. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Maintain the supervisor bank transactions daily when necessary.

Qualifications 

• Must be able to handle large money transactions accurately and reconcile vault impressment.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead in a results-oriented, high-volume environment required.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to lift 30lbs occasionally, push and pull trolley cart with approximate weight of 75lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must able to bend, lift and crouch as needed.
• Work in a fast paced environment.
• Gaming environment, noise levels may be moderate-to-high, including exposure to second-hand smoke.
