Being a Cage Manager Assistant - Casino requires an associate degree. Typically reports to the Cage Manager. The Cage Manager Assistant - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Responsible for the daily activities within the Cage Department including but limited to cash transactions, proper documentation, and following the appropriate procedures which enhances interaction with our guests, fellow employees. Provide customers with accurate information about casino operations and promotional events. Customer Service is our top priority for both internal and external guests. Must have High School diploma or GED. Must be bondable, follow chain of command and 1 to 3 years appropriate experience. All casino employees will be subject to the Criminal and Background restrictions of the Ho-Chunk Nation.
