Job Summary: The Cage/Vault Manager implements goals set forth by upper management with regard to all responsibilities within the Casino “Cage”, “Vault” and “OTB”. You will report to the Director of Cage Ops.

Primary Tasks:

• You will review policies, procedures, staffing, and compliance and make adjustments as authorized.
• Audit and inspect the work of team members to ensure standards are met including checking that all paperwork is signed and dated and instructing associates on specific tasks and job techniques.
• Process associate leave requests and compensatory leave earned/requested.
• Maintain associate's attendance tracker.
• You will conduct performance management with staff (reviews, address sub-standard performance) to include discipline, hiring, and firing.
• Develop methods, processes, and staffing to forecast/fulfill demand.
• Maintain security procedures according to rules; immediately investigate and identify potential security risks.
• Identify problem areas and implement preventative/corrective actions.
• You will develop training for new hires, staff, and incumbents to perform job tasks.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be knowledgeable in multiple areas of the operation for training staff and supervisors, auditing/inspecting work, and identifying areas for improvement.
• General computer application proficiency (spreadsheets (can perform complex functions word processing).
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Apply oral or written (legible) communication techniques.
• Understand P&L statement and how your actions affect, and improve.
• One (1) year prior supervisory experience.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
