We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the company. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Supervise and train staff members to provide outstanding customer service
- Manage employee schedules and ensure proper shift coverage
- Assist in payroll processing and maintaining accurate records
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment
- Implement effective strategies to maximize sales and meet market demands
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in shift management and supervising a team
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Proficient in inventory control and price management
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems for payroll processing and data analysis
