Cage Manager Assistant - Casino assists the Cage Manager with managing the casino cage. Ensures proper staffing, customer satisfaction, and accurate accounting of transactions. Responsible for ensuring that all Cage and Player’s Club activities are performed accurately and efficiently, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, Federal and State Tax Commissions, and established policies, procedures and controls.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly supervises the activities of employees in the Guest Service Division of the Finance Department.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires a Level 2 Gaming License.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or related area from a four year college or university, or four to six years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of six (6) years in accounting, preferably in banking operations, required. Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Must be extremely numbers-oriented and computer-literate. Minimum of three (3) years supervisory/managerial experience required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex of documents, such as technical journals, financial reports and legal documents. Ability to write effective letters, memos, speeches. and articles for publication. Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from staff members at all levels, guests, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one, small group, and large group settings. Ability to effectively present information to top management and public groups.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, and work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
