JOB SUMMARY: Maintain an accurate balance count of company assets while providing a high level of guest service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for guests and team members. Assist shift managers with the operations of assigned cage work areas on assigned shift. Maintain compliance with company policies and department internal controls and operating procedures.

LICENSE REQUIRED: Must obtain and hold a Class III gaming license while employed and complete an annual background check with TGA.
MINUMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION: High School diploma or GED equivalent required. A minimum of 1 - 2 year of cash handling experience required. Applicants must also pass a company basic math and currency knowledge test to be eligible for this position.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to stand for long periods of time – up to 10 hours – and bend, push, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds in weight. May be required to work various shifts with multiple start times.
SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE FOR POSITION: Strong communication skills with the ability to read and speak English. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment at various tempos and concentrate amid distractions. Must be able to work calmly and professionally in stressful situations. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust. Must have the ability to display attention to detail in paperwork.
