SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation and direct supervision of assigned activities within the Finance department. Oversee overall department and/or shift(s) as assigned. Ensure daily operations and experiences meet guest expectations. Appropriately respond to and manage any escalated departmental concerns and guest and/or team member challenges.

You will report directly to the Cage and Club Manager and then the Director of Finance.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATIONAL AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Some college courses in banking and finance or related area preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in Casino credit operations or related area preferred. Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Must be extremely numbers-oriented. Must be able to master the casino’s slot accounting and player tracking system.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the property for prolonged periods of time. Ability to push, pull, bend, reach, squat, kneel, crawl, twist, sit, climb, balance, carry and lift to 50 lbs. Constant use of hearing, speech, vision (including distinguishing between shades of color), radios, and tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Will be exposed to working in a noisy environment and seasonal elements.
The employee is regularly exposed to risk of radiation (from computers), as a great deal of the workday is spent working on spreadsheets or inputting data into the computer system.
