Silver Tree Residential is looking for a dependable, quality-focused Facilities Technician to join our progressively growing team.

Washington Heights Bridgeport is compromised of 120 Senior Apartment Homes. The Facilities Technician is responsible for the prompt and efficient performance of all tasks assigned by the Community Director and / or Facilities Director and for continuous self-improvement of skills and expertise.
