Camera Operator operates cameras, broadcasting or video recording cameras, and equipment to photograph various subjects and subject material. May be expected to maintain a variety of program/transmitter logs. Being a Camera Operator requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of experience. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Camera Operator relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. What the role entails
adjusts controls of machine to correct and measures completed production units to identify defects caused by equipment or restarts equipment using the pressure calibration steps for controlled spraying and the beginning of the shift, end of the shift and after power outages or be able to use a grinder to cut parts to be able to read blueprints, read a tape measure (both imperial, and metric).
Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
Complies with Company policies and procedures.
Required Education and / or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required is required and at least one year of related experience is preferred. Associates degree OR completion of related apprenticeship program preferred.
Completion of on-the-job training may be substituted for educational requirements.
Physical Requirements
$17.50-$23.00 an hour
