Picture This is seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Social Media Coordinator/Sales Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our online presence and driving sales through various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Create captivating content, including graphics, photos, and videos, to showcase our products and inspire our online community.
• Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram.
• Interact with customers and respond to comments in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the store owner to plan and execute promotions, contests, and other marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media analytics and track key performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and
• identify areas for improvement.
• Assist customers in-store, providing product recommendations, answering questions, and processing transactions.

Qualifications:

• Passion for scrapbooking, cardmaking, and all things craft-related is preferred but not required. We will train you in these areas.
• Interest in managing social media accounts for a business or organization. Experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creative skills with the ability to produce engaging content.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Handle product management tasks such as pricing, restocking, and placing items on the sales floor.

Sales experience and paper craft/scrapbooking knowledge is a plus but not a must. We are willing to work with and train the perfect person for the position!

This position requires some lifting (10-25 pounds), bending and is a very active position. Must be able to work some weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
