• Proactively pursue sale of online training to industry professionals via telephone
• Identifying decision maker amongst the targeted leads in order to start the sales process
• Determine customers needs and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers
• Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team

• 2 years inside sales with the ability to make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day
• Experience working in a performance based sales environment a plus
• Ability to develop sales relationships
• Ability to communicate effectively over the phone; strong telephone and persuasive skills
• Ability to learn new products and processes quickly
• Have a high level of professionalism with a strong attention to detail
