    Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Must pass background check, drug test and pre-employment physical. Experience with children and/or management preferred.

    Availability: MUST BE AVAILABLE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY from 8:30 am - 4:15 pm! Employment will begin the end of May through early August. Training can begin any time in Spring 2024. School year employment also available in our ‘24-‘25 Before and After School program, but is not required.

    Job Responsibilities: Managing up to 2 staff and supervising children entering 4th through 6th grade in an outdoor camp setting in Plum Creek Park. Participating in weekly field trips (KSU Adventure Center, Cuyahoga Valley National Park) and monitoring the safety of children. Adapting to the behavioral and educational needs of children, handling conflict management within children, interacting with parents, reviewing and maintaining registration information, attending monthly staff meetings and CPR/First Aid trainings, etc.

    Hourly Pay Rate: $13.00-$16.00/hr. Sick Time (Pay Rate based on Education & Experience)
