JOB SUMMARY:
The Recreation Supervisor position is an integral part of the camper's visit, providing an experience beyond all expectations by fostering enthusiasm, creativity and fun. You will execute and support all aspects of recreation including overall programming, appropriate use of facilities, repair/maintenance, and staff/camper schedules. The goal is to ensure a high level entertainment during each activity, and make sure staff and participants are engaged and participating in a responsible and safe manner.

BASIC SCHEDULE/REQUIREMENTS:
- Must successfully-pass a background screening to ensure suitability of contact with minor children and the public, in accordance with Federal, state and local jurisdictions.
- Physical Capabilities: bend, twist, push, pull, stand, lift 50lbs.
- Must be comfortable working in an outdoor and indoor all-season environment.
- Adhere to all workplace safety practices, expectations, and guidelines
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings year-round:
- Summer Camp Season (May - August 27th)
- Develop a mindset to always help or cross train with all staff and departments
- Work related references upon request
