Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Activity Director to join our team. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our program, including program development, budgeting, relationship management, and administrative tasks. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of services to seniors, individuals with behavioral health and developmental disabilities.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise program staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies
- Oversee program budgeting and financial management
- Collaborate with community partners to establish and maintain relationships
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments for improvement
- Provide leadership in program development and expansion efforts
- Conduct regular staff meetings and trainings to enhance program effectiveness

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in program management or a similar role
- Strong background in working with individuals with seniors, behavioral health or developmental disabilities
- Proven experience in supervising and leading a team
- Excellent budgeting and financial management skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful programs
- Exceptional relationship management skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping, reporting, and documentation
