Assistant Recreation Director - Bernardsville Borough – seeking candidates who, under the direction and supervision of the Recreation Director, will be responsible for assisting in the management, operation and administration of the Department including planning, developing, scheduling, and implementing year round recreation programs for the Borough. Other duties include, but are not limited to supervising youth and adult programing, recruiting, interviewing and evaluating seasonal part-time and full-time employees, assisting in the coordinating of community events, and completing revenue and payroll reports. Three years of experience in the field of recreation services and/or park/facility management preferred.
