ACS Professional Staffingis looking for an enthusiastic employee to join our team. The Recruiter position will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies to identify and secure top talent for open positions across various geographies. This position will manage the candidate tracking process and use different tools, practices, and applicant tracking systems to source, screen, and evaluate candidates. Building strong relationships with candidates through excellent customer service is key. This remote full-time position is open to candidates in Montana, Idaho, or Arizona.
*Candidate must be willing to work 8am - 5pm PST/PDT, Monday - Friday and reside/domicile in one of the following states: Idaho, Montana, or Arizona. To be considered, please make sure your submitted resume clearly reflects one of the above states.
Pay range: $55K - $65K base salary DOE uncapped commission

Responsibilities:
Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition/description for required competencies, skills, and the knowledge required of successful applicants
Develop an ongoing and diverse candidate pipeline using research, networking, and database mining.
Identify and implement sourcing strategies based on the job position by creatively conducting research and utilizing a variety of technical tools to identify and attract qualified candidates
Establish candidate qualifications by screening applicants; administering tests; and completing reference checks
Uses a variety of interview techniques to select the most qualified candidate
Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants
Identify and submit qualified candidates to the Sales team or VMS based on the provided job description
Support recruiting itineraries by making travel arrangements; setting up interview schedules; and arranging applicant visits, to organization locations
Process and review resumes evaluating qualifications or eligibility of applicants
Enter and maintain candidate information into the candidate applicant tracking system as well as vendor management systems (if applicable) daily
Maintain applicant tracking system by entering and updating requisition, sourcing, profiling, resume management, matching, tracking, and hiring information
Present offers and conduct offer negotiations with candidates
Acquire and maintain knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards
Continuously develop applicant base through recruiting, reactivating, and referrals
Determine the applicant's qualification for placement and assignment removal
Capable of relating to individuals at all levels - unique situations will present themselves; you must be sensitive to the business needs and the employee's goodwill
Be able to develop a track record of performance against quotas in recruiting, and sourcing and be savvy enough to handle large volumes of qualified candidates
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or 1-4 years of relative experience in place of a degree
1 years of recruiting and/or staffing industry experience required
Technical writing proficiency required
Experience working in a goal-driven environment and capable of meeting and exceeding those goals required
Strong customer service focus and commitment to continuous improvement required
Ability to proactively network and establish successful working relationships with candidates
Display professionalism in all business interactions
Possess a consultative approach and focus on building long-term relationships
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Extensive knowledge, understanding, and ability to use modern technology
Self-starter that can work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced business environment
Exceptional interpersonal skills including verbal; non-verbal; listening; team-orientation; negotiation; conflict resolution; problem solving and decision-making
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Ability to prioritize based on urgency and importance and shift priorities throughout the day as needed
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, executives, candidates, sales team, and clients
The ability to listen and understand information and ideas
Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing a variety of recruitment strategies (i.e., cold calling, direct sourcing, networking, etc.)
The ability to observe, receive, and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve while maintaining flexibility in projects and relationships
Must understand full-cycle professional staff augmentation and direct hire placement
Proficient with using job boards/resume databases, job postings, and networking
