You’ll share responsibility for planning and carrying out different audience-specific recruiting events and HR marketing activities, all while keeping an eye on everything running smoothly. In addition, you’ll support your colleagues in creating innovative marketing concepts for our various target groups. Finally, in addition to your core responsibilities, you’ll assist with various other recruiting activities within the team as needed. This position is therefore an ideal entry-level position for gaining initial professional experience in recruiting and developing your skills, whether you’re just starting out or making a career switch.
As part of your daily business, you’ll care for applicants throughout the entire recruiting process and help to guarantee both frictionless processes and a good candidate experience. This includes data processing in our applicant management system and verbal and written communication with applicants. In doing so, you’ll support our candidates from the beginning of their candidate journey all the way to their start in the Group.
You have experience in event planning and organization and enjoy sharing your creative ideas for our recruiting events.

You have excellent German language skills and are business fluent in English.
