The Recruiter is responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process for the project. Primary duties include sourcing applicants, reviewing applications, pre-employment screenings, and scheduling interviews. The Recruiter will partner with HR Managers and Hiring Managers to ensure staffing needs are met for the project. The Recruiter will also assist HR with administrative duties and serve as support for other operational positions.
An Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
