    POSITION TITLE: Associate Campus Minister, Retreats

    JOB CLASSIFICATION: Non-exempt

    DEPARTMENT: Campus Ministry

    REPORTS TO: Assistant Director of Campus Ministry, Retreats & Assistant Principal, Mission Integration, Director of Campus Ministry

    PAY RANGE: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Work with AD/Retreats Coordinator to:
      • Coordinate, plan, organize, facilitate, and attend all grade-level and outreach retreats, including overnight retreats (30 nights/yr. on retreat).
      • Manage the ordering of all retreat supplies and keeping inventory.
    • Organize and facilitate all things related to student leader preparation/formation for all retreats.
    • MC Kairos and grade-level retreats.
    • Organize and facilitate post-retreat ministry events throughout the year.
    • Manage facility needs and requests for all Campus Ministry events.
    • Be a ministry of presence to students (before/after school, during lunches, etc.).
    • Capture, edit, and post content from retreats to office and school social media platforms.
    • Keep inventory of Campus Ministry and Retreats office supplies and re-stock as needed or directed.
    • Meet on a regular basis with Assistant Director of CM, Retreats and Campus Ministry Team to discuss calendar/events.
    • Attend early morning and/or evening meetings, as necessary, for Campus Ministry events.
    • Support all Campus Ministry events, activities, as needed and requested by AD, Retreats and Assistant Principal, Mission Integration/Director of Campus Ministry.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned by the Assistant Principal, Mission Integration/Director of Campus Ministry.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    REQUIRED:

    • Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.
    • Experience in education, ministry, and/or events planning.
    • Undergraduate degree in related field preferred.
    • Working knowledge of campus events and operations.
    • Technical experience including computer skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Publisher).
    • Experience with presentation software (ProPresenter, EasyWorship, MediaShout).
    • Internet skills (website, social media, research, etc.).
    • Proven time management.
    • Organizational and communication skills.
    • High level attention to detail.

    DESIRED:

    • Photo/video editing.

    WORK SCHEDULE: This is a full-time, 11-month position with benefits as outlined in the Employee Handbook and attendance at retreats and Campus Ministry events.
