Must have a Valid NJ SORA

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your role will involve monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling the premises, and responding to any security incidents.

```Duties:```
- Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to detect any suspicious activity
- Investigate and report any incidents or violations that occur on the property
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies in case of emergencies or criminal activities
- Complete detailed reports of all security-related incidents

```Skills:```
- or relevant certificate preferred
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and procedures
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus
- Excellent surveillance skills with attention to detail
